Skunk smell in a car

So a customer called me up and asked me about cleaning a car that was sprayed by a skunk.
1. Will flex W/citrus solve work which is my standard pre-spray, or is there other stuff i would need to get.
2. Do i wanna take on such a job for a car??
Any one ever dealt with this succesfully?
