Whats your van replacement plan?

How are you preparing for the purchase of a new or newer van when the old one conks out or you need a spare?

How do you plan on paying? Saving for it now, or waiting and taking out loans?

I ask because it seems like this industry is a rat race. Most cleaners seem to be a few weeks ahead of future bills. But as business owners I think its important to be proactive and plan ahead.
