|!| Help dealing with tough spot

I cleaned a home that was trashed, and it came out pretty well, except for this spot which I could not remove.

I tried red 1, rust remover, pro solve liquid, and stain 1, all with no luck.

The only thing I didn't attempt was heat transfer.

Any tips or suggestions?
