Trailer brakes question

I'm new to this forum. I have been following it for a few weeks and I definitely enjoy it! I have been in residential cleaning business for more than a year, and I have decided to step up and start carpet cleaning.
I'm about to buy my first enclosed trailer for a new TM, but I'm unsure if I should get a trailer with brakes or without. I'm going to be pulling it with my SUV that has a V6 engine.
I would appreciate your opinion!
