portable recommendation?

hi all, i'm new to this business and am looking at buying a portable. Price is not an issue, i'm after a solid, reliable portable. Any recommendations?
I've come across the mytee 1003dx and the daimer xph 9600.
Please advise if u can be bothered, thanks.
