For a few years I wasted allot of money on SEO Companies. They all promised that they would get me on the first page of Google. None of them did anything to help me and some actually hurt me by using "Black-Hat" SEO techniques that Google punished me for. They all claim to be Google Adwords Certified Partners or other such BS. Most will take you money, set up some trash links and then forget about you.
