Company receipts sample!

Ok looks like I'm gonna break down and do a custom receipt. I use a pre printed book from office max currently and have a company stamp I put on them. Was wondering if anyone would like to share so I can bite off some of you templets. Thanks. Kinda struggling with the design and wording
