I think this hose has seen better days

This hose was at a house I cleaned on Thursday. Sadly the inside of the house pretty much matched the hose. This is a rental I have cleaned a couple times before with the last time being in august. These people were only in here 6 months and they destroyed the place. Holes in the walls and the carpet was trashed. Luckily it was a polyester that cleaned up fairly nicely. I just don't...
