I have to bid on a 10,000 square foot vct floor. It is for a hometown Sears store. It will be undergoing a remodel so they can have it completely empty. I would strip it down and put down 6 coats of finish. My concern is where the appliances and matting for displays will be put back. My thought would be instead of putting that many coats of finish down on the whole thing, if I put down 3 coats, have them move appliances, counter, and matting down after a day or two then hit with an automatic...
