I cleaned a clients carpets a month ago.
I got a call today saying that the edges were fading and it was getting worse.
I went by to see and 20 years of experience have not seen this. It was not faded when we cleaned it. And is fading in weird areas like around a hutch. Any ideas? I cleaned with flex, rinsed with end zone.
