Let this be a warning... "CAUTION SIGNS"

I received a call from a solicitor today, telling me a client of ours had slipped on her ceramic tiles after having her carpets cleaned, and there was going to be a heavy law suit coming our way. We in formed them that we tell every client to be very careful when walking on tiled or laminate surfaces, as they will be slippery. They said no such conversation took place.

They wanted the details of our Insurance company as they wished to deal with them direct and not us.
