Construction Clean up

I just talked with an owner of a construction company who is looking for a company to do the "final Cleanup" on his jobs. He does new construction and renovations. I have never done one before. As you can tell from our posts are we trying to get into other markets as well.

From your person exeprience what does this usually entail?
