Pissing matches or difference makers?

I received a complaint about some cleaners not getting along here on the forum about the "stair thread". (*See link below) First off I would like to say that this not new. It has happened since we have opened. To me it is not realistic or productive to think that a large group of independent entrepreneurs are going to get along all the time. Here is what I wrote in the "stair" thread;

*50.00+ for stairs is a good pric
Tools are not as important as operators
Mike Draper nice set up
Different...
