I need a new pump for tile and grout

I'm looking to expand more into tile and grout. I am not sure exactly what I need. Is this enough to use a spinner? I don't have one but I am saving for it. View attachment 28866 some say a cheap pressure washer will work with a sx12 other say it won't spin at all. Thanks for any help in advance
