Pet hair

Customer called and they were mad. It's a new move in at a nice house. It's a shag type carpet.

Realtors cleaning crew was in there and vacuumed before I got there. Then I vacuumed and the roto picked up a bunch.

They sent me a pic with their vac full. What do I do or say? That can't be an expectation to remove all hair after the homeowners before had dogs
