I have never had more people cancel, postpone, demand next day service or call in a generally bad mood then this year.
Friday night at 7pm, got a call demanding 10am power washing service for Sat morning. Iam not exaggerating, he has landscapers coming monday and he just thought I could pop out and clean it no problem. Of course being booked he quite upset. I got it done though.
I had to yell at a customer to calm down last week when a minor issue like my liability insurance fax not going...
Are customers going bonkers this year over scheduling?
