Pricing on house cleaning service

A bulk of my business is cleaning for real estate agents after their customer moves out of a home getting it ready to sell I charge $.15 a square foot to do a top to bottom cleaning of the entire house I am constantly told by realtors and their customer that I am too expensive I also bid the carpet and tile cleaning at the same time $.30 a square foot for carpet and $.42 a square foot for tile is there anything I can do to improve my odds of getting these jobs
