I did a last minute cleaning this AM for a customer who has just had oxymagic out to clean last week. While having her carpets stretched by an installer this week, he told her the carpets were crunchy and looked like they hadent been cleaned in a long time. The guy was right, the carpets were disgusting and as dingy as could be with a bad urine smell.
