Trust me,my dogs don't pee on the carpet

I politely told her "ma'am I trust you but I don't trust animals". All the while thinking in my head lady I know the smell of dog urine and I can smell your telling a little white lie. I also know the real estate company will hold me responsible if I don't address it.

So I said "well just to be safe ma'am let's look at it with my urine illuminator". (See rest convo below pics)
