1st tile job any recommendations?

so i got my first tile job after just purchased a sx-12 and a gekko wand and a shark grout brush.. im using tile master... but I'm not sure what the dilution ratio is got a sample from @Rob Allen in a lil zip bag and the dilution ratio was written there but now its gonne and i cant remember what it was?

also would like to know how how you guys tackle this its a restaurant and theres chairs tables its about 1200 sq ft.. i guess what im afraid of is tile master getting dried...
