Repeat and referral

I was curious of what type of program or discount you provide for customers that repeatedly use your service or refer you to someone and does it generate more calls. I have had a box of 5,000 postcards to send out to previous customers..which I have never done ! And I don't currently have anything set up for customers that refer me..I am sure I am losing out on alot of repeat business but it gets difficult when you have a million other things to do.
