I've been reading a lot about encap cleaning. People using cimex or mini max obtaining awesome results.
I'm considering using it down here, but I'm concerned.
I only do commercial, it's a lot of hard work.
Here is my current process:
First we brush the carpet with brush pro, then we vacuum.
Second we pre spray with brush pro and then we use hot water with portables and rotovac with brushes.
