Blue jean dye on wool/viscose

A client called today saying they have a stain from their blue jeans on their wool/viscose blend.

A) any tips for blue jean dye?

B) I remember hearing viscose can have problems leaving want streaks, leaving the area looking "worked on". Any tips here as well?
