Okay so lately there's been a lot of threads on rude customers, nonpaying customers, " theft of service " so how can we help each other prevent this in the future? I'll start with the top 3 list of things I think would help...
1. During walk-through with customer point out and document any damage.
2. Come do an agreed-upon price before any work is preformed.
3. Get signed work order of agreed-upon price and damages...
