Sorry guys I know how nobody likes to talk about prices but here's the deal. I charge 5 rooms for $99 with each room up to 250 square feet $20 additional. I also charge $30 for a flight of stairs. I quoted a guy $129.00 for 5 rooms and a staircase. I get to his house and this is what I find...
