Even with the advent of lead capture and online scheduling, for many of us phones are still our primary contact method for customers. Calls for most of us = revenue.
What is your strategy for making sure every call gets answered?
I know we have every size of business conceivable in here, so maybe comment on your business size along with how you handle this.
We are using a peripheral phone system which allows for a "Call Blast" based solely on our sales department and it rings...
