Nice repeat client of mine that moved to a different house from the last time we were out. Seen they had some dirty grout , asked if I could do a demo to show them how the grout should look. I let them pick the spot for the demo. They were blown away with the test spot. Their next question was ... do you have time to do the T&G? Oh and how much ? We measured it out just a tad over 400 sq ft ( kitchen , entrance , bathroom...
