Had enough of MN

My wife and I are selling our house in December and are looking for a new state to move to....We wanna be on the coast somewhere as we both love to surf and hate being land locked up here with the terrible winters.....We flip houses up here and I clean carpets full time too.

Im nervous to move as we have a decent life up here but lifes to short and wanna move while we can.

I love Both Florida and California but for different reasons....I've heard FL is hard when it comes to CC due to people...
