Help with coffee stains

I clean a church every qtr. they always have about 75 spilled coffee stains I have tried extracting the coffee spots first, then I encap with Releasit. The spots are about 6" around. My problem is when it all dries you can still see the coffee stains. I have tried Bridgepoint coffee stain remover also but no luck this just leaves a white ring around the stain. This carpet is glued down on concrete, so I know the coffee is in the concrete wicking back I guess. Any...
