Hello everyone. I just completed this floor and it turned ashy in the traffic lanes. The areas in the completed section that look jet black are areas that were covered by desks. Please note the paint on the floor as the ghost image was left in the floor after finish was completed. What, if anything, did I do wrong, and what can I do to prevent this in the future. I stripped the entire floor three times trying to even things out, third time was just on edges. I ended up giving the guy a 50%...
