Need help with bid

Around 17k sqft of vct that needa to be scrubbed and buffed 4 times per week. Working hours Wednesday from 9 pm untill done. Friday and Saturday from 10 pm until ia done and Sunday from 9 until is done. Vct would probably need to be stripped and waxed 3 times per year. Majority of the area is open space. No need to move furniture or anything. What would you charge for stripping and waxing as well as maintenance 4 times per week. Any help would be appreciated.
