I cleaned a sofa and love seat today for a customer, cotton fiber. I cleaned the sofa with no issue. I pretreated two of the back cushions on the love seat and uh oh.
Someone had written, with I believe permanent marker but can't be 100% sure, the letter "P" on the inside of the two back cushions. They wrote it on the back side of the fabric, so the second it got wet it wicked to the front side. Needless to say, I was like "…oh sh**" and I had no idea how to get the stain out.
