Stripes on carpet

So I cleaned carpet for a lady who called back a few days later saying that once the carpet dried stripes appeared and she only noticed it when it was dry. I used bio break with Citra Solv and a roto vac. That was for the first time I cleaned. I went back today to re clean but I only use my 6 jet wand with the same pre spray and this is what the carpets look like after. The stripes are still really visible do you guys have any suggestions?
