Any ideas on how to remove these serious drag marks?

I was ask by the building supervisor of a local condo, possibly the one and only condo in my town, to look at some extremely bad drag marks. Someone died on the second floor and gave some furniture away to a local charity. Well the charity came and got the furniture and dragged it down a very long hallway.
