I've been advertising residential a bit more and still learning the ropes. I'm used to commercial work where I don't have to deal with the customers as much.
Today I had a job rescheduled because the lady did not understand what I said when I gave her a noon appointment with a two hour service window, called her at 12:25pm telling her I would be there at 1:00pm and she was mad at me, told me she couldn't wait around for me to show up yadda yadda yadda... So I'm wondering how many of you offer...
