Todd Needs HELP! Emergency

Can anyone tell me how to get a tire off that has one of those locked lug nuts? Todd is stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. He doesn't have the "key" to unlock the bolt and get the tire off.

Am hoping someone here can give me some ideas that I can relay to Todd.

Please do not call Todd and burn up his phone battery.

Hopefully we can brain storm together and help Todd out. Thanks!
