Office for my accountant in my letip group. Extremely light soil only issue is the height and amount of effort in setup, Maybe a few ink or copier stains, but nothing major.
10 offices only, no halls. Second floor has 6 offices, 3rd floor has 4. I guess 3 hours to clean and set up.
Offices range in cleanable size: 3 offices are 225 sq ft, 4 offices are 200 sq ft, and 3 offices are 125 sq ft of cleanable area.
I was thinking $20 for the small, $30 for the medium, and $40 for the large....
Dont do much commercial so what would be your price.
