Ok guys: A little Help Here

I have an SX-12 and Gekko for cleaning tile.

Can anyone break down the types of flooring I can use this on?

I have yet to venture into this tile cleaning business much but want to this year.

Travertine for example... can i just spray this down, scrub the grout, break out the sx-12 and go to town or do you need to polish and hone this with a buffer?
