Hi everyone, i have to make a quote on 1800 Sq Ft tile cleaning, the place is a new restaurant, so the floor is brand new, no grease or high traffic, just construction trash, sheet rock dust, some white paint stains , glue and some sticky caulking. I was thinking pre spray w/ a tile & grout cleaning , i have my 175 w/ red pad and gekko wand or spinner . how about $0.50 Sq Ft ? i'm thinking about 3 or 4 hs w/ my helper.
