Motivation - Share some tips please

Hellos, I just wondering if anyone would care to share some tips on what helps you keep motivated in this business.

Seems like the only time I can really get stuff done is when my ass is in the fire -late bills/broken stuff/employee problems/turnover. I'd really like to be able to work everyday but usually I just end up checking up on stuff and letting it ride as is.
