Hydroforce issues

When I put my pre spray down I will put it heavier on traffic patterns causing a slight build up in bio break...lately I have not seen it so I took the top of to see if it's drawing from the gallon jug....it does bring it up.

I cleaned three apts today and didn't even use a quarter of the jug...clearly an issue.

If they get clogged what do you guys do? How do I check? Anyone run into this issue before?
