Any advice for a friend that can't afford to hire?
Clearly our house hasnt shown us how mush it hates us lately. So about an hr ago it decided to bust a pipe in the upstairs bathroom and pour oh I dunno at LEAST 500 gallons of rust water all over the bathroom... so much water it cascaded like a beautiful waterfall from every crack and crevice in the family room ceiling, down the walls, basically filling the living room floor with a nice layer of water.
