Warning signs you're about to work for a bad customer...

I thought it would be fun to talk about what alerts you to a bad customer. Here are a few of mine...

"I have a rental unit" That always throws up a red flag. Carpet is going to be extra filthy and they want a cheap price.

"I have a rental unit that needs to be done today." Same reasons times five.

"Do you have insurance?"
"Can you get blood stains out?"
