Curious on what others are charging on residential carpet cleaning. I have been asking .40 sq. ft. But is a lot and most people don't even want to pay .28 sq. ft. Been losing. Bids because other guys come in at rock bottom pricing. Any advice would be great. Should I stick to pricing or lower to stay working? Kind of hard to except lower payment with a full service cleaning which the cheaper guy is not offering.
