Metal staircase and tilemaster

I read such great reviews about tilemaster on here. Can it be used on various surfaces? I am looking to clean up the metal staircase in the picture. Would it work on that or am I better off with a hydrogen peroxide based product? I also have to clean concrete steps in a night club that have never been cleaned.
