RX20 NexGen vs Mytee TRex
Anyone have experience with these models and advice on which one to buy? I'm needing to spend some $$$ and would like to purchase one as a BACKUP to my residential cleaning but also useful for bigger commercial jobs.
I used the old RX 20 and didn't like it very much but this NexGen seems nice. The Mytee seems to have more versatility and appears to have better quality components? But at the end of the day, which one would you pick? The FlexStar head seems to give Mytee a big edge...

Pump Issues
Have a 15 year oldish US Products portable. Has a heater and adjustable pump on it. Been sitting in the garage a while and decided to pull it out and clean it up. When I turned everything on the pump just kept building pressure , I would pull the trigger and it would come down to normal adjusted pressure. As soon as I would let off it would just start climbing, to the point of it blowing a pump pressure line. Any idea of what’s going on, when I last used it it was fine.

Google Local Services is terri... Good.
This is more of a pay per call rant, but it seems to me as if Google has gone down hill lately.
The best results I've ever had with Google is doing my own SEO. Second to that is Google Local Service.
That being said, their "Google Local Service" service is designed to charge you for any and every lead possible if you say the wrong thing during the call.
If you mention a price or a service during a Google generated lead call, you get charged. Which is fine - That's the way it should be...

Sapphire Scientific 570 3cyl Kubota engine with 124 hrs failed...

Pto or blower issue
Have a used butler with a tuthill blower system. I replaced the pto clutch last year because it was burnt up. The blower system is now acting up again and I smell burning under the Van's hood. Could the clutch be out again and is there supposed to be any play in the clutch?

Understanding PH
Understanding ph. Many think ph determines strength of cleaning. That is not true. Many acids clean. So do many alkaline. Higher alkaline does not mean it cleans better. Take Bio Pro 10k, it is 9.7ph but cleans circles around high ph cleaners without destroying carpet and protectors. Many times, but not always, it means it is low quality and recoils easy. Don't be fooled. The key is knowing which one to use. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

I am an independent carpet cleaner in the Treasure valley and have been dealing with a small oil leak upon my Hydramaster Boxxer 423s. I've taken the unit in to our local mount repair place but the problem seems to persist after two visits, one to replace a gasket and the second to follow up from the fist
. I am hoping by putting a picture or two of the issue here for outside input, I may find a different course of action to rectify the issue.
