Cleaning whole house with pet stains and odor

I'm cleaning a whole house that has some heavy pet stains and odors.
7 rooms total
1 hall way
1 set of stairs
30 minutes drive without traffic

1)Recommendation how you would clean the whole house(steps/process/what cleaning solution you use)
2) how much you would charge

Lindhaus vs Powr-Scrub

I've decided to get into doing wood floor cleaning. I've got a couple options and none of which will involve a 175.

As of now I'm looking at the Lindhaus LW38 and the Powr-Scrub 16” Cylindrical Brush Scrubber.

My issues with the Lindhaus is perception. If you're going to charge $1 per sqft you need to look like a pro. This machine feels less than professional. It does seem like it would do exactly...

Another polyester thread....need help

Been running into a lot of poly lately and have tried everything I can think of and can't seem to get it to look good. Different pre-sprays (including Traffic Slam), boosters, agitation, dwell time, cleaning at different temps/psis but simply cannot get the results I want. Desperate for any/all suggestions or tips.

Here is a pic of a recent job. 2 year old home/carpet, single guy, very little traffic or soiling. This pic is post-cleaning and you can still very easily see where the couch...

This is kind of a carry over form another thread ( early thank you to TMF)
We were discussing a little bit how some many of the large players in the industry advertise here.

Any ways my curiosity got ahold of me and I did a little digging. Found the advertising rates page,,, and took a look. WOW!!

Rob you really built something impressive!!

I really had no Idea that a carpet cleaning forum could be an empire all by it's self.

I recently obtained an older RX 20. My problem is when I hook it to my machine and turn on the pump, before I engage the solution handle water streams out of the Jets slightly. What would the problem be?

Hey guys. I am getting a new truckmount in a few weeks and need some ideas regarding decals and wording on my trailer. I am going to use @Reflections138 trailer for awhile until I find a trailer or box truck I can afford. I'll post a pic of it later. Here is a pic of the trailer I am currently using now. It will be my backup. I am going to do away with the bubbles and the wave over Able. I was thinking about putting a pic of a baby and dog sitting on carpet. Any ideas and...

Paying employees. Whats best? Salary, salary + commission or straight commission?

I currently pay straight commission but leaning towards switching to salary + commission. Feel I can get more and they can get more. Agree?

So I have been getting all or most of the local ServePro carpet cleaning work. It appears their franchise in my county got out of or never did CC, didn't ask, don't care why really...they may have been unhappy with their former partner for all i know...they told me they focus on restoration work...they call me in as the last step of their process...even if the carpets look clean...so far they are impressed...and pay the $.40 sq/ft price without batting an eye.

Their office manager found me...

I see all these great articles that Steve links to, and read as many as I "have time to". But generally the order I read them in is haphazard. The information in them is like gold, so I wanted to ask if anyone else would like to join me in a challenge for ourselves, and a request for Steve. For the month of August I am going to read one of his articles every morning M-F. I would like for him to give us/me an order to read them in (maybe the order they are in for the 5 day crash course.

My Multiwash unit (CRB) is coming on Monday. Ive added a service contract to a business account of mine and I'm using the Multiwash for some of the lighter cleanings upstairs.
Ive had great luck with Powerflite products and hope this ends up being another great purchase.
They had it on sale for $1350

WHAT'S THE BEST WAND FOR HIGH HEAT?

I would like to use higher heat, but anything past 200 degrees and my wand valve starts leaking and the jets spew on the carpet and it won't stop until it cools down. Just wondering if others are having this problem. I use two different wands, one is a single jet PMF and the other is a 4 jet Prochem and they both do the same thing.
